A child at the pre-school age that demonstrates acts of aggression and violence
towards others needs to be addressed. If such behavior is left uncorrected, it
will lead to more aggressive and violence as the child gets older. It is the
lack of action by parents and or other adults in influential roles that allows
such behavior to continue and for that child to victimize others. The best
opportunity to correct such attitudes in children is at the pre-school and
elementary levels. If you are dealing with a child whom is exhibiting aggression
and violent attitudes, ensure that steps are taken to correct such ASAP. This
can include name calling, hitting, taking toys from other children. At
pre-school ages kids can also influence the attitudes of other children to gang
up one child as well. Parents can spend time at the daycare center and sit back
in order to observe the children at play. For more information and detail on
