EYV - Parenting an Online Generation - The Risks and Rewards of an Online Generation

This workshop helps parents to understand the risks of online predators both on a computer and on other virtual interactive meeting places such as X-Box live etc. The workshop will look at the effects of video games in relation to child and youth development and increased risks of violence (not as high as many believe), The ability of predators to target your child through online activity, Health habits for online use in the home and more. This is a 120 minute DVD workshop which is now available and should be viewed by parents of children and youth of all ages, teachers, social workers and others dealing with children and youth.
